Reason for the partition (e.g. FacilityChange, TrainNumberChange, ‘TypeOfProductCategorychage`). Only two values are allowed (see uc0_journey_parts). Other things are implemented with different elements. Especially Notices are done with NoticeAssignment and not ServiceJourneyPart.
